What makes me different than other interior design business strategists and coaches is that I’m not a strategist or a coach. I’m a mentor. Having run a successful luxury design firm for 20 years, I know that your creative voice is the foundation of everything you do. That’s where the strategy truly lives. Creating an integrated and aligned ecosystem rather than operational silos is what fuels sustainable growth and real profits.
