We start with our signature, professionally designed layouts then weave in your brand’s colors, fonts, photography and copy to create a polished, purpose-driven experience that’s beautiful, cohesive, and unmistakably you. It’s a done-for-you service that turns up the volume on your brand, positions you as a next-level professional, and saves you a ton of time. Get ready to blow away some clients!
What You Get:

HOW IT WORKS:
- You select the templates or bundles you want, and the collection that feels closest to your brand in terms of design aesthetic (Nathaniel, Alex or Jackson). We’ll use the layout and structure of the collection you select, but we’ll change it up with your colors, fonts and content.
- Within two business days of your purchase you’ll receive directions on exactly what we need from you to create your templates and how to upload everything to our server. Expect to spend 2-4 hours filling out the questionnaires and organizing all of your materials.
- Once we’ve received all of your materials we’ll start working on your templates. Most template designs take three weeks from the time we receive your complete package. If you’ve ordered multiple templates or the Complete Collection Bundle the timeframe may vary.
- If you don’t want to write all the copy yourself, you can add our custom copywriting services. We’ll still need your content, but you can provide it in bullet point form and we’ll put it all together for you in a way that fits with your brand voice and messaging.
- When we’re done, you’ll receive links to your beautiful new templates. They will be all set and ready for you to update with your project and client information.

Our Custom Copywriting service takes the information you provide and turns it into strong, professionally written copy that reflects your band voice and messaging.
If you have selected Custom Copywriting, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire so we can get to know you, your firm, and your brand. You'll still have to tell us everything, but you won't need to worry about it being well-written or in paragraph form. Just give us the deets - the more in-depth the better - and we'll turn it into something that sings.
1. Our semi-custom template offering is a one-time service. The final product we deliver requires you to add your own client and project-specific information. We do not continue to update your templates on an ongoing basis, nor do we fill in any project or client-specific information. Placeholders for client or project information will remain in your final delivered product.

We do not continue to update your templates on an ongoing basis, nor do we fill in any project or client-specific information. Placeholders for client or project information will remain in your final delivered product.
2. If you would like us to make changes or updates to your templates after they have been delivered we are happy to do so at a rate of $300 per hour. Please contact us directly at connect@lsiworkshop.com to discuss your requirements.
3. If you are supplying your own copy it must be presented ready to insert in paragraph format. We do not accept copy in bullet point format unless you have selected our custom copywriting service. We may edit some of your copy to fit the layout or request additional information. Please pay attention to the length of copy suggested for each area of your template. If your content doesn’t fit we’ll contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to to edit it, add our copywriting services, or upgrade to a custom template. If we don’t receive copy from you for any specific section of your template, or if we receive it in bullet point format, we will leave our pre-written copy in place. You may also choose to use our pre-written copy in some areas.
4. We will begin working on your templates once we receive your complete package of information and materials. You will have four weeks from the date of purchase to provide your materials. If we haven’t received them within a week we’ll start sending you reminders.
If, after four weeks from the date of your purchase we have received only a partial package, we will create your templates with the materials you have provided. New materials will not be accepted after four weeks. Placeholders will be used in any areas we feel we are missing information.
5. If we have not received any materials from you after four weeks, your semi-custom order will be cancelled. We will send you links to the standard DIY versions of the templates you ordered, and you will receive a refund of 50% of the value of the semi-custom portion of your order. (For example, if you ordered a semi-custom New Client Welcome Guide Bundle for $3950, we will send you our standard DIY New Client Welcome Guide Bundle, worth $950. The semi-custom portion of your order is $3000, so you will receive a $1500 refund).
6. You confirm that you have the legal right to use all materials that will be supplied by you for your template designs. LSI Workshop and Laura Stein Interiors, Inc. will not be held liable or responsible for copyright or license infringements for usage of materials supplied by you that you do not have legal right to use.
