I hear you, because I've been there.

I started out on my own, with a ton of ambition, a little industry knowledge, and no idea how to create a thriving design practice. I went through years of trial and error, late nights and burnout. I hired coaches, and though some were helpful (sort of), what I really needed — what I couldn’t seem to find — was a true mentor. Someone who understood both the business and the creative side of interior design. Someone who could take me under their wing, challenge me, support me, and push me to be more, to be better — not just as a business owner, but as a designer.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve built a successful, seven-figure design firm from the ground up. I’ve worked with high-profile clients on luxury projects, and had my work recognized on a global scale. Having a background in marketing, branding and graphic design definitely gave me an advantage. But I did it all while raising a family, juggling life, and learning (sometimes the hard way) how to build something that’s not only creatively fulfilling, but extremely profitable.

And now I’m here to be the mentor I always wished I had.
