We take your existing branding and marketing materials and turn them into a suite of fully tailored client experience templates that elevate every interaction. It’s a high-touch, done-for-you process designed to create clarity, consistency, and next-level professionalism — all backed by the same systems that helped me grow a seven-figure design business. You’ll walk away with stunning templates, a streamlined workflow, and a refined, strategic client journey that fast-tracks your growth.
What You Get:

HOW IT WORKS:
- You select the templates or bundles you want.
- Within two business days of your purchase you’ll receive an invitation to schedule a 45 minute Zoom Kick-off Call. You’ll also receive directions on exactly what we need from you to create your templates and how to upload everything to our server.
- Expect to spend at least 4 hours filling out the questionnaires and organizing all of your materials.
- Once we’ve received all of your materials we’ll start working on your templates. Most template designs take four weeks from the time we receive your complete package. If you’ve ordered multiple templates or the Complete Collection Bundle the timeframe may vary.
- We will provide the content structure for your templates unless you provide us with your own process and workflow. During our Kick-off Call we’ll review the content details and any specific design considerations to make sure we’re all on the same page. (Sounds familiar, right?)
- If you have ordered multiple templates or the Complete Collection Bundle, we’ll start with the concept for one template first. We want to make sure you are happy with the overall direction before going too far. We’ll schedule a second Zoom call to review the details before we continue. This will be your one opportunity to request substantial changes to the design. (If you have ordered one template only this will not apply).
- When your templates are ready, we’ll send you a final draft for review. We’ll schedule a final Zoom call to answer any questions, or review any requests for revisions. We’ve included one round of revisions in your custom template package.
- When we’re done, you’ll receive links to your completely branded new templates. They will be ready for you to update with your specific project and client information.
Our Client Experience Guide is designed to be an introduction to your firm. It’s what you’ll send to qualified potential clients and referral partners while they are in the decision-making process. It’s based on the same document we use at LSI at the start of our clients’ journey with us.

If you don’t want to write all the copy yourself, you may add our custom copywriting services. Please let us know and we will provide a quote based on the templates you’ve selected and your specific requirements. We’ll still need your content, but you can provide it in bullet point form and we’ll put it all together for you in a way that fits with your brand voice and messaging. 1. Our custom template offering is a one-time service. The final product we deliver requires you to add your own client and project-specific information. We do not continue to update your templates on an ongoing basis, nor do we fill in any project or client-specific information. Placeholders for client or project information will remain in your final delivered product.
2. If you would like us to make changes or updates to your templates after they have been delivered we are happy to do so at a rate of $300 per hour. Please contact us directly at connect@lsiworkshop.com to discuss your requirements.
3. Copy must be presented ready to insert in paragraph format. We do not accept copy in bullet point format unless it is intended to be inserted in bullet point format or you have selected our custom copywriting service. We may edit some of your copy to fit the layout or request additional information. If we don’t receive copy from you for any specific section of your template, or if we receive it in bullet point format, we will use placeholders in that section of the template. If you wish, you may choose to use our pre-written copy in some areas. We will discuss this during our Kick-off Call.
4. We will begin working on your templates once we receive your complete package of information and materials. You will have four weeks from the date of purchase to provide your materials. If we haven’t received them within a week we’ll start sending you reminders. New materials will not be accepted after four weeks.
5. If, after four weeks from the date of your purchase we have received only a partial package, we will create your templates with the materials you have provided, using placeholders in any areas we feel are missing information. We will not accept new materials after four weeks.
6. If we have not received any materials after four weeks, your custom order will be cancelled. You will receive a refund for the value of your order less a 25% management fee and applicable taxes.
7. You will be notified when we are ready to schedule your final Zoom call. The call must be completed within two weeks of notice or you will forfeit the Zoom call, unless alternate arrangements are made beforehand. A final draft of your templates will be sent for your review prior to the call.
8. You have one round of revisions included in your custom template package. All revisions must be requested in writing at one time, prior to your final Zoom call. No revisions may be requested after your Zoom call. If you have forfeited your Zoom call, revisions must be requested within two weeks of delivery of your final draft.
Revisions are defined as a minor adjustments to the existing design as delivered. If we determine that your request constitutes a re-design rather than an adjustment, your request will not be fulfilled. However, if you would like to make substantial changes or updates to your templates after they have been delivered we are happy to do so at a rate of $300 per hour.
